Golden milk

Golden Milk is a light, warming drink that combines the gentle spice of turmeric, ginger and cinnamon with a hint of vanilla and a touch of sweetness. The creamy almond or oat milk makes the drink smooth and comforting, while a pinch of black pepper enhances the flavours of the spices. Perfect for a quiet moment during the day, when you want something simple, warm and flavourful - a small pause that brings both calm and comfort. Easy to make, full of flavour, and a cosy addition to any day.

Ingredients

Serves: 1 cup

  • 1 tsp crushed turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 2 1/2 dl almond milk or oat milk

Method

Put all the spices in a large cup. Warm the milk and pour it over the spices.  Stir well and add milk froth on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
