You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day you take physical possession of the goods. If the withdrawal period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, 24th or 31st December, the period is extended to the next working day.

Within the withdrawal period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by email at webshop@brostecph.com. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price as well as any shipping costs paid at the time of order, no later than 14 days. Partial returns do not include a refund of the original shipping costs.

The return must be sent no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Unpaid shipments or shipments without delivery will not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are also responsible for proper packaging and bear the risk until the goods reach us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.
