How to do it

Apple Tower

1. Assemble the apple rings

Place whole apples in circles and secure them with small wooden skewers or toothpicks. Stack the circles on top of each other, making them gradually smaller to form a tower. Finish with a single apple on top as decoration. Place the tower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Sugar syrup

Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, then let the mixture simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved and has the consistency of a light syrup. Carefully pour the hot sugar syrup over the apples so that it spreads evenly. Finally, sprinkle with pearl sugar while the syrup is still warm, allowing the sugar crystals to set beautifully.

3. To serve

Arrange the apple tower on a serving dish or pedestal and place it on your table setting.
